What conditions do you treat?

I care for pregnant individuals, postpartum moms, infants, children, and women at all stages of life. Care commonly focuses on discomfort related to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pediatric development, and overall nervous system and musculoskeletal health.

Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?

Yes. Chiropractic care during pregnancy is gentle and specifically adapted for the changing body. Techniques are modified for comfort and safety, and care is always tailored to each individual’s needs and stage of pregnancy.

What does an appointment look like?

Your first visit includes a thorough history, examination, and time to talk through your concerns and goals. Follow-up visits focus on gentle, specific care and reassessment of how you’re responding. Appointments are unhurried and personalized.

Do you accept insurance?

I am a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance. This allows me to focus fully on patient care rather than insurance limitations. Pricing is transparent and discussed upfront so there are no surprises.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Many HSA and FSA plans allow funds to be used for chiropractic care. I recommend checking with your plan provider to confirm your specific benefits.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No referral is needed. You’re welcome to schedule directly whenever you feel ready.

How many visits will I need?

Care plans vary depending on each individual’s needs and goals. I will discuss recommendations with you and adjust care based on how you respond — there are no long-term commitments required.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life with kids can be unpredictable, so appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before your visit.

Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a $50 late cancellation or no-show fee.

If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule so I can stay on time for other visits.
