Infant + Pediatric Chiropractic Care in Apple Valley, MN

Babies and kids move through the world in their own way — wiggly, curious, growing fast, and always changing. Their bodies deserve care that meets them right where they are. My approach is gentle, playful, and age‑appropriate, whether I’m working with a brand‑new baby, a busy toddler, or an older child who just needs a little support.
What to Expect During Infant Chiropractic Visits
Infant visits are calm, cozy, and guided by your baby. I follow their cues from the moment you arrive. If they want to be held, fed, rocked, or snuggled, we work with that. Some babies relax right away, some wiggle the whole time, and some need breaks to reset. All of it is welcome.

My hands‑on approach is soft and supportive. Your baby can stay in your arms, rest on your chest, or lie on the table if they are comfortable. There is no expectation for them to be still or quiet. We simply meet them where they are and help their body settle in a way that feels safe.
Chiropractic Care for Toddlers and Kids
Care for toddlers and older children is playful and relaxed. We might sit on the floor, explore toys, move around the room, or turn the visit into a simple game. Kids feel best when they are comfortable, so I let them set the tone and the pace.

The work is gentle and age‑appropriate. I focus on helping their body release tension, move more freely, and feel more balanced. Some kids want to know exactly what I am doing. Others want to talk about their favorite things while I work. Both are perfect.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) in My Practice
Craniosacral therapy is one of my favorite tools for babies and kids because it’s incredibly gentle and works beautifully with their developing nervous systems.
Soft, subtle, and baby‑led
CST uses light touch to support ease in the tissues around the head, spine, and pelvis. Babies often melt into it, some get sleepy, some get wiggly, some just stare at me with big curious eyes. All of it is normal.

Helps their little bodies settle
I use CST to support:
-
tension from birth
-
head turning preferences
-
general fussiness or discomfort
-
tightness in the jaw, neck, or shoulders
-
babies who just seem “unsettled” in their bodies
It’s not about fixing or diagnosing — it’s about helping their system relax and find more ease.

Works beautifully with chiropractic care
CST blends seamlessly with my gentle chiropractic approach. Sometimes I start with CST to help their body soften, and sometimes I end with it to help everything integrate. It’s always tailored to what your baby or child needs that day.
